RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your Bombshell Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
DOMESTIC RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- Returns must be made no later than 30 days of the receipt of your item if purchased outside the holiday window.
- Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.
- Items purchased marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- Returns can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns authorized after 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking info will be provided when a prepaid label is selected on our returns portal.
- Any items returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay import taxes or customs duties will incur fees payable by the customer to Bombshell Sportswear. Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us, minus a $15 USD return shipping charge.
- Items purchased marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bombshell Sportswear Swim Collection
Swim bottoms must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. If a liner has been removed from Swim bottoms or you’ve purchased an item on FINAL SALE, we will not accept your return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
- Please use the domestic returns portal to initiate a return or exchange.
- In the portal you chose the items you wish to return or exchange
- Print the return label and drop off at a USPS location. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed once received and you will be notified via e-mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order if the order is below the free shipping threshold). If you'd like to start your return, please visit the International returns portal.
- If you live in the EU and would like to request a right of withdrawl, please visit this link.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
- After your items are received by our returns department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
- If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
- International returns may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE 'FINAL SALE' ITEMS?
Any items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Domestic purchases can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.
- Return and exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
All international orders can only be processed as a return and refund. At this time we do not allow for international exchanges.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM.
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE?
- When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs.
- If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.
- Outside the United States, customs duties, sales taxes and shipping are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.
WHERE DO I REQUEST AN ORDER WITHDRAWAL IF I LIVE IN THE EU?
The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to submit an order withdrawal, you may visit this page or contact our support team by reaching out to customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com.
SHIPPING
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES BOMBSHELL SHIP TO?
Bombshell Sportswear ships to almost all countries internationally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of global shipping. Please note that all customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.

- USPS First Class Over $150 USD (3-4 business days) FREE
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) $9.95 USD

- Express International (3-6 Business days) $15 USD

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your item was not deliverable, and for some reason is being returned to us, please contact us at customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com so we can arrange to have the item reshipped to you. Please note that for international orders there may be a reshipping charge.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
WHAT IS ONWARD SHIPPING PROTECTION?
We have partnered with Onward to provide carbon neutral shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages. When you add Onward to your order, you will be fully protected in the event something goes wrong with your shipment. Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.
HOW DOES ONWARD WORK?
Onward is a shipping protection service that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you add Onward to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will typically be reviewed for approval within a day provided that we have received all the requested information.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE?
You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.
WHO DOES ONWARD PARTNER WITH TO MAKE SHIPMENTS CARBON NEUTRAL?
Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c3 non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.
HOW MUCH TIME TO I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM?
If your package is lost or stolen, claims must be filed within 90 days of the purchase date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY REPLACEMENT ORDER THROUGH ONWARDS GETS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED?
Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.
Prices and Sales
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
- Unless the item is marked FINAL SALE, items on discount are eligible for return/exchange.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
DO PRICES CHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Prices for international orders are based on the current exchange rate and may fluctuate minimally over time.
BUNDLE DISCOUNTS
When you purchase one of our bundle deal items (Gymkini Thongs + Scrunchies), you will automatically see the discount applied at checkout. No code required.
At this time, additional discounts may not be combined with the bundle.
Changes to my order
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make any adjustments or changes to your order, we may be able to do so if the order has not shipped. Please contact us at customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com. We cannot guarantee these requests due to warehouse restrictions.
Your order may be canceled upon request unless processing has started at which time items must be received and exchanged.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAILS?
At the bottom of our emails you may press the unsubscribe button to remove yourself from your mailing list. You may also send us an email requesting to be removed to our customer support team at customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com.

SIZE & FIT

MATERIALS

PRODUCT CARE
Taking proper care of your Bombshell Sportswear clothing will ensure longevity. We recommend all sportswear be washed with cold water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Garments should be washed separately from all other types of clothing especially colored clothing and anything abrasive. Keep away from fabric softeners. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM IS RESTOCKED?
Occasionally we can update our customers with approximate dates of replenishment on the website. Otherwise you can let us know that you wish to be notified when you click "Email Me When Available" on the product page of the item.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we also notify customers of monthly restocks via email and SMS.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL LOCATIONS?
At the current time we only offer direct purchases from our website and mobile app, however to stay up to date on any possible pop-up locations you can do so by signing up to our newsletter.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Yes – you can purchase them on our store here.
CAN I USE THE LOVEBOMB CODE OR MY OTHER CODES DURING SALES?
The welcome offer code for signing up to emails + SMS and downloading our mobile app cannot be combined with other offers. It is also unavailable during certain promotional periods.
