Returns and Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your Bombshell Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For DOMESTIC orders:
- Please use the address provided on the invoice slip.
- Postage must be paid prior to mailing.
- On the invoice mark that you wish to return the item.
- Please obtain tracking information of your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns with no tracking provided.
For INTERNATIONAL orders:
- If your order number begins with a "GE" please visit our Returns Portal HERE and follow the instructions provided.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Domestic Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.
- Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.
- Return Shipping must be paid by the customer however, shipping on the exchange to you will be paid by Bombshell Sportswear.
All International orders can only be processed as a return and refund as exchanges cannot be made
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Outside the United States, customs duties, sales taxes and shipping are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR SHIP TO?
Bombshell Sportswear ships to almost all countries internationally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of global shipping. Please note that all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered on our JOIN US page, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'. Also

MY ITEM IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your item was not deliverable, and for some reason is being returned to us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange to haver the item reshipped to you. Please note that for International orders there may be a reshipping charge.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Yes - you may return a sale item for a refund or exchange for different size of same style and color only.
DO PRICES CHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Prices for international orders are based on the current exchange rate and may fluctuate minimally over time.
Changes to my order
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed. They may be canceled unless processing has started at which time items must be received and exchanged.
IS MY INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAILS?
At the bottom of our emails you may press the unsubscribe button to remove yourself from your mailing list. You may also send us an email requesting to be removed to our customer support team.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN AN ITEM IS BACK IN STOCK?
Occasionally we can update our customers with approximate dates of replenishment on the website. Otherwise you can let us know that you wish to be notified when you click "EMAIL ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK" on the product page of the item.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL LOCATIONS?
At the current time we only offer direct purchases from our webiste however to stay up to date on any possible pop-up locations you can do so by signing up to our newsletter.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
