Orders placed between November 15, 2025-December 15, 2025 will be allowed for return or exchange if postmarked by January 15th, 2026. Any order placed after December 15th 2025 will be subject to our standard returns/exchange policy and can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item.

If you purchased an item between November 20, 2025-December 3, 2025 at a discount of 50% or higher, this item is FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 30 days to orders placed after December 15, 2025.

The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via returns portal.

All Bombshell Sportswear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original “EVA” garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Bombshell Sportswear’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.

Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Bombshell Sportswear guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.

If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.

By placing an order with Bombshell Sportswear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.

Please note - sale items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only. Anything marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bombshell Sportswear Swim Collection

Swim bottoms must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. If a liner has been removed from Swim bottoms, we will not accept your return.

International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order if the order is below the free shipping threshold).

Any damaged items that show signs of wear or do not conform to Bombshell Sportswear’s return policy will be declined, and the items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense, or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund. Bombshell Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not conform to our returns policy.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, clearance fees, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Any items returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay import taxes or customs duties will incur fees payable by the customer to Bombshell Sportswear. Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us, minus a $15 USD return shipping charge.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, processing can take 1-2 business days before the refund is issued. Depending on the return service you use, it may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days from the date you ship the items back to receive the refund.
