We hope you love your Bombshell Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply mail off your return within 14 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund. Exchanges can also be made however they can only be for a different size or color of the same style only.

FOR DOMESTIC RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Please Include the INVOICE SHEET that came with your order and note the instructions below
- Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please mail to the Return Address that is on the attached label of the invoice.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don't refund original shipping charges.
- All international Orders must be handled as a return as exchanges cannot be made.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns allowed over 14 days.
- All Bombshell Sportswear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, stickers, folded in its original “EVA” garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Bombshell Sportswear’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Bombshell Sportswear guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defect for the first 14 days as long as you follow our care instructions.
- By placing an order with Bombshell Sportswear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
- Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, however returns can still be made.
- Please note - sale items may be returned or exchanged for different size of same style and color only.
FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- If your order number begins with a "GE" please visit our Returns Portal HERE and follow the instructions provided.
- If your order number begins with numbers please use the return address provided with your invoice and apply postage to return.
- Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- International Orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order as shipping must be paid.
- Bombshell Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.
- All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Bombshell Sportswear and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Bombshell Sportswear and will be subtracted from any refund due.
- If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Bombshell Sportswear will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Bombshell Sportswear. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
- Normally the return of the product to Bombshell Sportswear takes 10-21 business days but depending on the country's customs officers.
