Tiers are based on your level of spend each rolling year.
When you first join the program, you are immediately entered into the Member Tier. As you continue to spend more, you will move up! These are the spend levels for each tier placement:
- Member Tier = $0-$499.99 USD
- Enthusiast Tier = $500-$999.99 USD
- Icon Tier = $1,000+ USD
Your sign up date is considered your anniversary date. You have one year from your anniversary date to level up to either the Enthusiast or Icon Tiers.
If you enter into a new tier before the end of your first anniversary date, your level up date is considered your new anniversary date. Each time you level up, you receive a new anniversary date. This means your year resets and you are able to continue spending to reach the next tier level within the next 12 months of the new anniversary date.
In order to stay in your tier, you must continue to spend to meet the threshold throughout the year.
You must continue to spend throughout the year from your anniversary date to maintain your tier status. If you do not spend a certain amount during the 12 months from your anniversary date then you'll move down a tier, or possibly two. These are the spend thresholds for each tier:
- Member Tier = $0-$499.99 USD
- Enthusiast Tier = $500-$999.99 USD
- Icon Tier = $1,000+ USD
