Fitness has always been more than a workout for me. It’s been my therapy, my outlet, and the one thing I could always count on.
Through wins, losses, uncertainty, and growth, training became my anchor. It taught me discipline, built my confidence, and reminded me of my strength when life tested me the most.
Bombshell wasn’t just born from my love of fitness, it was both from my own journey of realizing I was enough and that I could achieve anything I truly set my mind to. I learned that strength starts mentally first. The physical transformation was always the bonus.
