INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order). Returns can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item. Purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by postmark date of January 15th.
If your order number begins with numbers, please use the Domestic returns portal.
Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the U.S and will be subtracted from any refund dues if incurred. You will have the option to pay for your own shipping or use one of our prepaid labels and we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund.
Bombshell Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our standard requirements or is outside the specified return window. Prior approval must be obtained for any return that is over the 30 day return window.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at customerservice@bombshellsportswear.com with an image of the defect and your order number for us to review and provide assistance.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged, and/or not in their original packaging.
Any items returned to us due to failure to pay import taxes or customs duties by customer will have fees incurred by Bombshell Sportswear on customer's account.
Please note that if customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a $15 USD return shipping charge.
Returns of products to Bombshell Sportswear may take anywhere from 10 to 21 business days.
