DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It's not at all required, you can definitely process your WC order as a "Guest" or you can sign up and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Bombshell Sportswear account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account
- Be notified when new stock arrives
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping

No worries, if you've forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on your MY ACCOUNT page. You'll be prompted to reset your password.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed processing your order and making a purchase. If you wish to be notified when an item comes back in stock - visit the product page and follow the link that states "E-mail me when my size is back in stock". Once you enter you e-mail, you will be notified the minute an item is available again.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE ON BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use Shopify Payments, managed by the popular banking system STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed securely, 100% of the time. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. We have installed a personalized Fraud Alert program that protects you from any online theft.
Bombshell Sportswear accepts all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. We happily honor all payments processed through PayPal too for added purchasing options.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR SHIP TO?
Bombshell Sportswear ships to almost all countries internationally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of global shipping. Please note that all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.
DOES BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
At this time Bombshell Sportswear does not ship to PO boxes without a recognized street address associated with the PO Box digits. Bombshell Sportswear does not deliver to forwarding addresses.
HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Prices displayed on the Bombshell Sportswear website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on your Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA outside of CA. (Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.)

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered on our JOIN US page, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Outside the United States, customs duties, sales taxes and shipping are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
DOES BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR EVER HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
Absolutely! Bombshell Sportswear holds a pre-holiday sale as well as an end-of-year sale. We notify our customers via email announcements as well as updates on all our social media outlets.
