Butt Firming Exercise Sock Leggings

One of my favorite fitness models, Paige Hathaway ... who happens to have an amazing body and perfect butt, reveals one of the best butt-firming exercises you can do in the below video.

I want you to pay attention to few key elements:

  • Squeeze your butt at the top for 1-2 seconds, this is really important.
  • You don't need to come all the way down. Keep constant tension on the butt.
  • Do about 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Twice weekly if you can.
